CAMPFIRE MARSHMALLOW SMORE STICKS!

Hello Everyone!  We recently had an ALL WHITE PARTY at Nanette's Table.  This was a birthday party.  All the ladies wore all white, and the guest of honor wore a beautiful Hot Pink dress!  It was really a beautiful idea and made for stunning photos!  The table was glorified with all white flowers along with one pink in each vase.  We served a lot of wonderful food, but to go with the "all white" theme, I thought these HUGE campfire marshmallows would be really fun to use.  When I mentioned it to my daughter I said, I think I should dip them in chocolate.  After all, women love chocolate.....and she chimed in and said , " yea and then graham crackers and you will have a smore on a stick!  You know what they say, Great minds!  Well, that is how the Smore on a stick came about.
I really wanted to take this opportunity to share this with all of you because it is summer and your kids and adult friends alike will have so much fun creating these and no less,,,,eating them.  THEY ARE SO TASTY!  ENJOY!

Ingredients: Amts. depend on how many you want to make,,,this should do a whole bag of marshmallows:

1 bag of campfire, extra large marshmallows
lolli pop sticks or skewers of your choice
1 package of Nestle's Semi Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup of heavy cream
crushed graham crackers

In a double boiler add water in medium pot.  Using a heat proof bowl, either stainless steel or glass add the chocolate and cream. Continue to stir and combine the mixture until melted.  Be patient and do not put on too high of a heat.  Medium to medium high should suffice.
Grind up grahams in blender.  Dip the marshmallow in the chocolate followed right away by the graham cracker mixture.  Put on a stick and ENJOY!
This will liven up your next cook out!
