Christmas Peppermint Bark ice cream sandwiches!!!!

This is the EASIEST most amazing festive and delicious dessert that your friends and family will never forget!  There is no baking and only three ingredients!  NO EXCUSE for not making this!  It's a  Keeper!

Ingredients:

1 box of chocolate wafer cookies or mint chocolate
1/2 gallon of peppermint bark ice cream......( I found all this at Fresh Market!)
1 container of crushed candy canes......or make them yourself

Directions....

Put a small dip of ice cream on the candy pieces and roll it around.............Then put it between the cookies.............EAT.........or FREEZE and serve whenever!
