Healthy energy toast starter

This is for all my health foodies! I have a lot of you requesting "healthy options" as we are all approaching spring and bikini season.  Well, tankini is more like it for me. This is a great, healthy breakfast for under 200 calories that contains a lot of fiber and healthy protein.  Eating this is so satisfying too because you have the creamy texture of the peanut butter and the crunch of the apple and pops of sweetness from the raisins and salt from the pumpkin seeds.  You don't need much of any of these items to be completely satisfied and satieted for the morning until lunch.  Enjoy without guilt and lose weight while you are at it.

1 slice of Nature's own 50 calorie per slice whole wheat bread
6-8  thin slices of your favorite small apple
1 T. low fat creamy peanut butter
a few pumpkin seeds, ( approx. 8)
a few raisins, ( approx. 8 )
1/2 t. lemon juice
sprinkle of cinnamon
drizzle of honey

Toast your bread or not....your choice.  Smooth on the peanut butter, top with sliced apples.  Drizzle a bit of lemon on the apples, then top them with a drizzle of honey, raisins, and pumpkin seed.  Savor every bite.  This is under 200 calories and if you want to make it less add less peanut butter (80 calories are from the peanut butter, so maybe add a teaspoon).  For me, I will add all the peanut butter because it is satisfying.  By the way, eat the whole apple and you are  only at 240 calories.
